HYBRID BENEFIT: ONLINE OR IN-PERSON

Amore is School of Love’s biggest fundraiser – and biggest celebration – of the year!  This year, Amore 2020 will be a partly-digital “hybrid” event, where you can join online at-home (via live-stream) or in person (“drive-in” style) at the filming, with car-side food, live music, and friends.  Either way you join, we want you there!  //  While this is a change from our original plans, Amore (“take 2”) is set up to be a blast… And did we mention, this year it’s FREE?!

(A very abbreviated car-side drive-in menu will be available. They’re the best at this type of event, but because of the number of our guests, this won’t be super “fast” food. Parking lot and food ordering starts at 6:00pm. Come early!)

ALL ATTENDEES JOIN ONLINE

On the night of the event, whether joining at-home or in-person, you will need to have your phone/device to fully view and participate in Amore.  While there’s a great party live at the “drive-in”… all video clips and extras, and all buying and donating will be done online.  So those of you joining at-home will join only online (thru YouTube live stream), and those joining in-person will join both at the sight of the filming (103rd & Mastin St., Overland Park) and online (thru YouTube live stream).  So even if joining us in-person, bring your phone or device.

WANT TO GATHER A PARKING-GROUP (… SAFELY)?!  

A number of you want to gather with friends in-person at the “drive-in”.  Great!  Here’s how!  Since the in person option will be run “drive-in” style in a large parking lot, this allows you to safely social distance (to varying degrees of your choosing).  If you wish to stay in your car, you can. If you wish to park/gather with a group, you can.  //  If gathering or joining a parking group, at registration, click “SET SEATING PREFERENCE”.  There you can start your own parking group (note: online it’s called, a “table”) or you can join an existing one.  If interested in starting a group, register first and then start inviting the rest of your group today!
